Create a three-course meal inspired by France in this cooking class with Chef Neilie.

Explore traditional produce, and cooking methods and techniques of France in this hands-on cooking experience with Chef Neilie.

You will learn everything you need to know to make three courses of perfectly prepared French fare, starting with a refreshing bibb salad with shaved radishes and sherry-shallot vinaigrette. Then, you'll roast chicken breast with shallots and a Dijon-herb sauce served with seared asparagus and creamy fondant potatoes. Finally, Chef Neilie will show you how to craft beautiful French palmier cookies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Neilie was great! I bought my girlfriend the pasta making class as a gift and she loved it! Neilie took the time to walk us through each step of the process and explain what we were doing. She gave us the recipe and we will definitely be making it at home soon. Great food and a great experience!
