Cooking Class - Flavors of the French Countryside
Explore traditional produce, and cooking methods and techniques of France in this hands-on cooking experience with Chef Neilie.
You will learn everything you need to know to make three courses of perfectly prepared French fare, starting with a refreshing bibb salad with shaved radishes and sherry-shallot vinaigrette. Then, you'll roast chicken breast with shallots and a Dijon-herb sauce served with seared asparagus and creamy fondant potatoes. Finally, Chef Neilie will show you how to craft beautiful French palmier cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
