Why buy store-bought pasta when you can whip up your own fresh pasta from scratch? It may sound complicated but it's actually pretty easy, as Chef Justin will prove in this hands-on cooking class.
After making your pasta, you'll whip up a creamy lemon and rosemary sauce to pair it with, then learn the proper techniques to grilling chicken breast and fresh garden vegetables, sliced and cooked to perfection. Finish off your meal with a rich and decadent chocolate chip cookie baked in a skillet.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had a great time with Chef Justin and learned so many new cooking skills and techniques that I can't wait to put to use! The handmade pasta was definitely my favorite.
