In this multi-course cooking class, Chef Peter will teach you how to prepare restaurant-quality steaks in the comfort of your home. From selecting the best beef to marinating your cut to finishing it at the best temperature, this class will cover all aspects of the steak-cooking process.
Start with combining mozzarella, basil and tomatoes for a refreshing Caprese salad, then choose from a New York strip, filet mignon or ribeye steak, which you will enjoy alongside mashed potatoes, and spiced carrots and onions. End the class with a fun treat: homemade peanut butter cups for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
