Social Distancing Friendly Join Chef Demeatrie for a fun and exciting gastronomic fusion of her two favorite cuisines.
In this hands-on class with Chef Demeatrie, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Creole and Korean fusion menu using an array of both familiar and exotic ingredients, and cooking techniques that result in big and bold flavor profiles.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include an appetizer of succulent and spicy shrimp with pickled radishes, a spicy cucumber and collard green salad with black vinegar, a fried catfish po boy, and red bean beignets with homemade chicory icing for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The food was delicious, and the portions were huge, so we have lots of great leftovers! Everything was very easy and covid safe (face masks and social distancing). Chef Demeatrie surprised us with beautiful custom menus commemorating our specific event. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be reaching out again to have Chef Demeatrie cater another meal.
