Cooking Class - Casual Parisian Bistro Dinner

In this hands-on class with Chef Olivier, you will learn how to prepare a sophisticated, yet simply casual Parisian bistro dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time honored French cooking techniques and recipes.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a rustic, yet refined quiche Lorraine, a petite salad dressed to the nines in an aged banyuls vinaigrette, fork-tender, melt-in-your-mouth braised short ribs, pillowy Parisian gnocchi, tender glazed pearl onions, earthy-sweet roasted parsnips, and a classic crème brûlée for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had the BEST experience with Chef Oliver!! Right from the start Chef Oliver made us feel welcome while he was very informative and fun as he showed us his cooking skills and had us participate in making one of the best meals I’ve ever had! We will definitely be back with a group!

My boyfriend and I went to Chef Olivier’s braised short rib class. We both agreed we would both rather do this than go out to dinner. From the menu to the meal, Chef Olivier was attentive and highly skilled. All three courses were mouth watering and his entertainment skills made the date even better. Would recommend to anyone of all ages. Thanks again Chef!

We had a wonderful night with Chef Olivier. The food was incredible, Olivier was highly personable, and I feel as though I learned a lot. His newly remodeled kitchen is also the stuff home design dreams are made of. Highly recommend!
