Elegant dining has long been a focus of life in New Orleans, and the French influence is easy to see in Creole cooking.
This class begins with oyster and artichoke bisque, a delicious pairing of the bounty of the sea and the land, served with a salad of spicy mesclun, tomatoes and hearts of palm. Your entrée features a Cornish hen stuffed with finely minced eggplant and mushrooms with wild rice pilaf. End your Creole journey with an impressive flaming bananas foster and vanilla bean gelato.
