Chef Dominique will show you how easy it is to make Asian dishes vegan.

With a heavy emphasis on vegetables, Asian cuisine is only a step away from vegan to begin with. If you want to go vegan or learn new recipes, these Asian dishes are a great start.

Begin with spicy peanut dipping sauce alongside vegetable spring rolls — colorful creations that are as beautiful as they are tasty. Next, learn how to make spicy noodles from scratch accented with sesame and red pepper. End on a sweet note to balance the spice with maple tahini cookies.
