Compared to Central France, the French Riviera embraces a very Mediterranean-style of cooking. In this class with Chef Deb, you will learn the art of Southern French cooking as you prepare four dishes.
The star of the show is the Atlantic cod "en papillote," which is prepared in parchment paper. To accompany your fish, enjoy black olive and anchovy tapenade plus a French ratatouille au gratin with garden vegetables and gruyere. End the class with a lesson in traditional French baking techniques where you will confidently recreate a regional staple, chocolate pots de crème with raspberry coulis.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
