Cooking Class - A Classic Southern Feast
Whether you grew up in the South or not, this interactive class with Chef Elliott will teach you the skills and knowledge necessary to master this comforting cuisine. Using fresh ingredients and age-old techniques, you'll learn how to make the most of this iconic American fare.
Your down-home meal features a succulent Cornish hen prepared with herbs, roasted in the oven and paired with cornbread dressing and braised kale. For dessert, you can dig into a truly Southern staple: homemade banana pudding, just like grandma used to make it.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
