In this hands-on class with Chef Inga, you will learn how to prepare a simple and healthy three-course Mediterranean-inspired menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
After beginning with a colorful chickpea and tomato salad brought to life with fresh lemon and parsley, you will learn how to build oven-baked zucchini boats brimming with succulent shrimp, melty mozzarella cheese, and panko bread crumbs. For dessert, you will end with a dreamy parfait showcasing juicy, ripe mango, crunchy almonds, and tangy Greek yogurt.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
