Chef Adam brings many years of experience and a super friendly demeanor to all interactions - and his food is phenomenal. His technique on the cast iron grill creates deliciously tender chicken satay, expertly seasoned and served with mouthwatering sauces: sweet and sour, peanut and cucumber relish. For his artisanal pizza, he will explain what goes into good dough, demonstrating a practiced hand that rolls a delightfully thin crust. The roasted vegetables and mixed cheeses are light and flavorful on the taste buds, and eating it in chef's gorgeous back yard makes it even better. The moussaka may be foreign to most, but you'll certainly want to get more familiar with this Greek/Mediterranean dish cooked with lamb and eggplant. It's comfort food at it's finest. Lastly, prepare to become a master of the roll under the tutelage of Chef Adam, who deftly throws together garden rolls using only the freshest produce, shrimp and pork. It was a great experience that I'm certain others will enjoy.

Chef Adam is great to work with...he not only listened to my needs & wishes, but he also turned me on to a few new things as well. Chef Adam loves cooking and sharing the experience so much, that it increases everyone's enjoyment of his food. I look forward to working with him again
Chef Adam is a champ when it comes to comfort food. He merges the familiar with some surprises, and has wowed our family on many occasions from formal dinners to casual barbecues. His long history with grilling and plancha style cooking offers fresh, flavorful results.
I have known Chef Adam for many years , have had some of the most creative meals and spontaneous flavors I have ever eaten . My name is Mike, been in foodservice for 40 years and have met many chefs, Chef Adam is among the top chefs I have had the privilege to eating and creating with. On a scale of 1-5 he is a 6 when it comes to designing to your flavor profiles and tastes. “The proof is in the pudding“ as they say and his is memorable.
I have had the pleasure of working next to you in many kitchens. We have often shared methods with each other, but boy how he can out plate anyone I have ever seen. His eye for presentation is second to none.

I have known Chef Adam for many years. I have had the pleasure of observing and eating his cuisine both in his home and in his position as Executive Chef for Evo Grill. His ability to pair a meal to the clients’ request is outstanding. He also has a talent for preparing farm to table meals that would be served at a fine dining restaurant or change to fit an upscale backyard BBQ.
Adam has catered meals for us for many years. His recipes are creative and innovative besides being absolutely delicious! He takes artistic license when plating his dishes! They are picture perfect!
