Cooking Class - Exploring Seasonal Fare

What You’ll Do

Discover how to incorporate fresh, seasonal ingredients into every dish.

Learn the ins and outs of navigating a farmers' market to choose the most fresh, in-season ingredients, and how to properly prepare them.

In this class, Chef Kristopher will teach you how to best use each season's bounty of fruits, vegetables and protein. Begin with a creamy salmon mousse, then learn the techniques needed to assemble a fresh Greek salad featuring heirloom tomatoes and feta. The star of the meal is a five-spice pork tenderloin with a roasted chutney and sided by crispy potatoes. End the class learning how to make the perfect strawberry tart.
