Join Chef Kristopher in this hands-on class as he showcases some of his favorite fare from the Tuscany region of Italy.
One of the things Chef Kristopher loves the most about northern Italian cuisine is the true simplicity in the cooking techniques that are used. In this class, you will learn how to prepare incredible Tuscany-inspired dishes full of flavor and fresh ingredients, including pappa al pomodoro, panzanella salad, a hearty gnocchi bolognese, and a creamy almond panna cotta featuring fresh fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kris's food is bright, fresh and well balanced. The dishes are sure to impress while being approachable for any level of cook. His sense of humor and knowledge rounds out this fun, and informative, class.
Chef Kristopher is an accomplished chef with a great deal of culinary experience, having worked in two Michelin star restaurants, including one in Paris. His background also includes working under four James Beard-nominated chefs, running some of the busiest restaurants in Downtown Boise, and founding a collaborative culinary network that connects local chefs, brewers, wine makers and farmers. Trained in many cuisines, Chef Kristopher is eager to share his passion for incredible food!
