Chef Diane will show you how to use science to ensure that your bird will always be juicy and succulent by brining in salt, organic apple cider, herbs and spices. Next, you'll make bone broth gravy with brown rice flour and sea salt to pour over your turkey and mashed potatoes. Top it off with a luscious dessert: dark chocolate and pumpkin cheesecake bars with toasted almonds
