Brunch, that classic mash-up of breakfast and lunch, is a favorite meal for many. Chef Diane will show you how to cook a few favorites using smart cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients.
Begin by mixing up a zesty bloody Mary mix with tomato juice, spices and citrus juice. Next, move on a brunch classic, fluffy biscuits with creamy country sausage gravy, followed by thick-cut, candied maple bacon and perfectly fluffy scrambled eggs. Finish brunch with a homemade frosty rosé sorbet made with rosé wine, strawberries, fresh lemon juice and cane sugar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
