In this hands-on class with Chef Sally, you will learn the basic skills and techniques needed to prepare an unforgettable three-course Cuban-inspired menu underscored by easy-going Caribbean vibes.
You will start by preparing a refreshing ceviche with fresh fish, red pepper and cilantro. For the main course, you will learn how to prepare a bright, juicy, tender mojo chicken with a welcome zing contributed by the citrus fruits. For dessert, a luscious vanilla custard laced with cinnamon, rum, and served up with ripe bananas and freshly whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Sally went above and beyond with providing us a fun and enjoyable dinner night. The food was so easy to make, and tasted delicious! We learned a ton of cooking tips and tricks, and just had an overall blast. Sally’s passion for cooking is simply the best, and we hope to cook again with her soon!

We really enjoyed Sally’s Mediterranean cooking class! She gave us insightful prep and cooking tips while imparting her general philosophy of her approach to cooking. She encouraged our active participation and answered our many questions. We particularly enjoyed her warmth and friendliness throughout the evening. Within a short time, it felt as though we had known her for a much longer time. We would highly recommend Sally to anyone looking for an evening of good company, delicious food, and sharpening of cooking skills!

Had such a great experience with Chef Sally! She was very personable and made the whole cooking process very approachable and unintimidating. We participated in the cooking and learning as much as we wanted but also socialized and relaxed if we felt like it. The meal was delicious and we learned a few things that will definitely take it to the daily cooking routine. Thank you Sally!

With a love for long days in the kitchen, learning new dishes, and being creative with uninhibited freedom, Chef Sally always knew her professional future would involve cooking. After earning her bachelor's degree in culinary arts, Chef Sally focused on pastry during her college internship. Chef Sally is now not only a renowned pastry chef, but is also well-rounded and versed in all aspects of the kitchen from savory to sweet.
