Savor the wonderful flavors and fresh ingredients of a land nurtured by sun and sea.

In this hands-on class with Chef Lenny, you will learn how to prepare a high-spirited yet simple four-course French Provençal menu that preserves the essence of seasonal, fresh ingredients, from olive oil and fresh garlic to sun-ripened produce and aromatic herbs.

Some of the Provençal recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a tomato and goat cheese tart studded with fresh herbs, a hearty ratatouille that is as tasty as it is stunning, and a moist and flaky grilled red snapper with an authentic Provençal tapenade.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lenny created a four-course vegan meal for two of us that was absolutely amazingly delicious! For each course Chef shared necessary prep work required, explained what he was doing throughout, and answered questions to complete satisfaction. We opted to have Lenny cook for us as opposed to being involved, as we were hungry! Process was quicker that way! :-)
