Really fun class on making pasta! I loved learning more about the history of the food we were cooking, and the excellent puns.

We cooked wonderful Italian food & an appetizer that we have since made at home. My husband & I had made pasta before, but Chef Sarah's recipe was much easier and the dough was easier to work with. The Caesar salad and story that went with it were fascinating! Also the story about tomatoes and when they were brought to the new world and what happened after that (no spoilers)! The sauce for the pasta was very simple and delicious. The dessert really rounded out the meal. We would definitely take a class with Chef Sarah again. It was also really nice to meet her mom, Chef Linda.

We had a great time at Sarah’s Sushi 101 Cooking Class. The food was fantastic, especially the edamame salad! During the class, Sarah provided great tips and tricks to use in the kitchen ranging from what size knife you should use depending on your height to how to stop crying while cutting onions. Sarah also gave us a lot of history regarding certain foods and cuisines. This class turned out to be so much more than just a sushi cooking class and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
