This hands-on cooking class with Chef Linda will transport you to a Parisian bistro as you discover how to prepare three quintessential French recipes completely from scratch.

Begin by making a classic French onion soup with fresh baguette bread. Next, you’ll learn the secrets behind melt-in-your-mouth steak cooked using the sous vide method and served with seasonal vegetables. For dessert, create the perfect apple tarte tatin. Chef Linda will indulge you with history and trivia of each dish as well as tips to replicate the meal at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time with Chef Linda! We learned history, new cooking techniques, and even how to use knives properly. On top of it all, we cooked some amazing food and had a delicious dinner! The class was so much more than following a recipe and throwing some ingredients together. We learned what we were doing and why. We learned in such a way that we are not likely to forget our lessons. I highly recommend Chef Linda and her classes for a fun time, great food, and great learning!

My wife and I spent a delightful evening with Chef Linda. She taught us some classic French bistro recipies. Her worldly experience of not only how to make incredibly delicious recipies look easy to cook, but she knows so much of the history behind were the dishes were created.
