This hands-on cooking class with Chef Linda will transport you to a Parisian bistro as you discover how to prepare three quintessential French recipes completely from scratch.

Begin by making a classic French onion soup with fresh baguette bread. Next, you’ll learn the secrets behind melt-in-your-mouth steak cooked using the sous vide method and served with pommes frites and grilled vegetables. For dessert, create the perfect apple tarte tatin. Chef Linda will indulge you with history and trivia of each dish as well as tips to replicate the meal at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
