Discover the techniques and ingredients behind your favorite dishes from France.

This hands-on cooking class with Chef Linda will transport you to a Parisian bistro as you discover how to prepare four quintessential French recipes completely from scratch.

Begin with a French onion soup and a classic salad that originated in Lyon. Next, you’ll learn the secrets behind melt-in-your-mouth steak or pan-roasted herbed chicken served with pommes frites prepared in a new way. For dessert, create the perfect crème brûlée or apple tarte tatin. Chef Linda will indulge you with history and trivia of each dish as well as tips to replicate the meal at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
