Discover how to make restaurant-quality sushi in the comfort of your own home anytime you want with Chef Justin as your guide. He will teach you the proper skills and techniques needed to make sushi that is outstanding and extremely authentic. In this class, you will learn how to make some of your favorite sushi rolls, including dragon roll, rainbow roll and California roll.

Justin was amazing!! We had so much fun and the food was beyond phenomenal. Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats and wish I had known ahead of time that he had two :( would have taken meds prior to arrival. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Booked the class Classic Cooking Techniques with Chef Justin in Baltimore (Canton)

The class with Chef Justin was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. Chef Justin opened up his beautiful home to teach us to make a delicious salad and salmon. Also for dessert some scrumptious home made chocolate chip cookies. We will definitely be booking more classes with him.
