Join classically French trained Chef Stacey as she pulls out the classics from the archives.
In this hands-on class with Chef Stacey, you will learn how to prepare a classic French country menu using the traditional ingredients and techniques used across all iterations of French cuisine.
You will begin by learning how to brew a classic country-style French onion soup. Then, Chef Stacey will teach you the art of preparing coq au vin braised slowly in red wine to yield a supremely rich sauce filled with tender chicken thighs. For dessert, you will learn how to prepare a cream-of-the-crop vanilla bean crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stacey has a wealth of culinary knowledge that she is ready to share with you in her exciting cooking classes. She has earned many honors throughout her career, such as Women Chef and Restaurateur Scholarship Award Winner, James Beard Scholarship Winner, and Best Portfolio in 2003 at her graduation from AIPX. Once Chef Stacey's culinary training was complete, she launched her own catering business, where she continues to share her passion for cooking and the culinary lifestyle.
