Discover a new age take on Asian cuisine with Chef Stacey in this hands-on class.
In this hands-on class with Chef Stacey, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Asian menu that showcases those powerful Asian flavors and incorporates easy and accessible cooking techniques.
Chef Stacey will begin by showing you how to coax crab rangoon out of its shell for a fun take a classic Chinese-American appetizer. For your entrée, you will learn how to prepare salmon, coconut rice, and stir fry vegetables to perfection before ending on a sweet note with a luscious and tropical mango coconut pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Stacey has a wealth of culinary knowledge that she is ready to share with you in her exciting cooking classes. She has earned many honors throughout her career, such as Women Chef and Restaurateur Scholarship Award Winner, James Beard Scholarship Winner, and Best Portfolio in 2003 at her graduation from AIPX. Once Chef Stacey's culinary training was complete, she launched her own catering business, where she continues to share her passion for cooking and the culinary lifestyle.
