In this hands-on class, Chef Ashok will show you how to bring the the flavors and flair of the Mediterranean — from Italy and Greece, to Morocco and Egypt, to Turkey and Lebanon — straight into your kitchen.
Chef Ashok will teach you how to create a four-course Mediterranean menu featuring classic dishes exuding bold and bright flavors. Chef Ashok will also share tips for incorporating traditional ingredients like lemon, herbs, olive oil and yogurt into your meals as you learn the techniques for marinating, skewering, and cooking from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
