In this hands-on class with Chef Marcia, you will learn how to master the art of making both sweet and savory pies completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master culinary techniques.
Chef Marcia will begin by sharing with you her no-fail technique for making perfectly flaky and buttery pastry dough. Then, you will learn how to prepare a savory cauliflower and cheddar quiche filling as well as a classic apple pie filling. You will also prepare a curried sweet potato and lentil soup to start!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
