In this hands-on class with Chef Marcia, you will learn how to prepare an impressive four-course dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Jewish cooking techniques.
Chef Marcia will begin by teaching you how to braid your own loaf of challah bread speckled with poppy seeds as well as how to make matzo balls for a soul-warming chicken soup. You can also look forward learning how to prepare a simple and flavorful lemon Parmesan chicken entrée, crave-worthy roasted vegetables, and a show-stopping caramel apple pie for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
