We really enjoyed our experience with Chef Marcia. I would highly recommend taking a class with her. She was fun and exceptionally knowledgeable. Baking can be intimidating for some folks and she makes it approachable and stress free! This is a wonderful gift to share with someone, as it is for the novice or the experienced cook. We look forward to seeing what other classes she offers in the future. This is something we will definitely be doing again. We learned so many tips and tricks! Thank you for sharing your talents!

After many years of working as an educator in a variety of professional roles, Chef Marcia decided to change career paths in 2000 and follow her passion for baking. She began baking pies out of her house and selling at farmers' markets and selling wholesale to coffee shops. In 2008, she took a job as a full-time pastry chef to further hone her craft before eventually starting a very successful pie and catering business.
