Join Chef Joaselyn for a spectacular culinary experience as you create Spanish tapas that are amazing yet simple.
In this class, you will go beyond the traditional cold cuts, olives, and cheese tapas board, and expand your culinary horizons as you prepare Spanish tapas favorites, like patatas bravas with garlic aioli, gambas al ajillo, and pinchos de carne con salsa verde. Fresh ingredients will make each bite pop, and you'll learn how to incorporate spices for a flavorsome international flair. They may be small plates, but the flavor is big!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Joaselyn was awesome! My boyfriend and I had such a fun time cooking and playing with her super cute dog. She took the time and taught us how to do Everything. This was necessary because we were very much beginnners. The menu was perfect and it was such a great date night. Thank you, Joaselyn!!

Joaselyn made my wife’s birthday a special one. It was a great experience, with delicious food, and a phenomenal host. And Petra was a bonus!

Chef Joaselyn’s Tapas class was incredible! The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the rooftop views while grilling were breathtaking. The class was very easy to follow and was easily scaled to beginners (Joaselyn added some basic knive-handling skills instruction). The dishes tasted absolutely delicious and Chef Joaselyn was personable and great company throughout. Will definitely be taking another class with one of her other menus, though would be just as happy repeating this Tapas class!

Throughout her entire culinary career, Chef Joaselyn has loved completely immersing herself in the culinary world. While studying at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Chef Joaselyn even spent her weekends supporting other chefs by teaching continuing education culinary classes. Chef Joaselyn's passion for teaching cooking also took her to Mexico where she hosted fun and exciting team building cooking classes.
