Vietnamese gastronomy is a balancing act of sour, sweet, crunchy and silky. This is a delicate balance you will learn to achieve as Chef Mark teaches you how to prepare Vietnamese dishes like red curry-marinated and grilled flank steak, and a seared green bean and tofu stir fry with magical abilities to convert any tofu skeptic into a tofu enthusiast.
