In this hands-on class with Chef Kene, you will learn the skills and techniques to prepare a three-course menu featuring classic American steakhouse-style dishes right in your own kitchen.
First things first: Chef Kene will empower you to toss the goopy bottled stuff and make your own Caesar dressing. Bracing, bright, and acidic, it will actually have you craving salads. You can also look forward to learning a method that ensures a perfectly cooked ribeye steak complete with a gorgeous crust, juicy center, and a tender buttery flavor.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an amazing experience cooking with Chef Kene. Chef Kene was so nice and really walked us through each step while cooking. All the food that we made tasted so fresh and I can’t wait to make these dishes for my friends and family and impress them.
