My partner and I had an incredible experience with such Chef Jessica. The food was delectable and is a recipe we will definitely continue to make at home. I highly recommend Chef Jessica's Taipei 101 class for anyone looking to learn about Taiwanese cuisine or how to make wonton dumplings!

Chef Jessica created a memorable experience for not just my date and I, but for the entire class. She teaches you traditional cooking methods in a relaxed environment (think Gordon Ramsay... now think the complete opposite of Gordon Ramsay, that's her). This was my first cooking class and she made the experience so memorable that I'll definitely be returning. She is the grand daughter of Mama Liang and for those you know this restaurant from the 626 or Liang's Village in Cupertino, you're in for quite a treat!
