Cooking Class - English Countryside Cuisine

In this hands-on class with Chef Kurt, you will learn how to prepare a four-course feast featuring some of the fare typically found amid the dramatic dales, patchwork hills, and winding country roads of the English countryside.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to learning how to create in this class include a beautifully rustic and indulgent mushroom and Brie bisque, a proper English cottage pie that will have you using words like "scrummy," and a luscious and decadent chocolate dessert brightened up with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
