Discover a new vision for traditional Mediterranean dishes in this vegetarian class. Utilize fresh produce to create a plate that is beautifully aromatic and delightfully flavorful. Cauliflower falafel and kale hummus will have you seeing these two vegetables in an entirely new light! Roasted eggplant lentil ratatouille will show you that vegetables can truly be the star of the dish and you'll never miss the meat!

Chef Anna was amazing! It was my girlfriend’s birthday surprise, and we took her plant based Italian class. She was kind, had great recipes, and made it such a fun (and a surprise) birthday!

Oddly enough, Chef Anna began her culinary career by dropping out of culinary school. As a vegan, she couldn’t cook meat, and was told that she wouldn’t make a dollar "serving only salads.” Now, Chef Anna is a successful private chef proving that plant-based cuisine is much more than raw vegetables and hummus. She is passionate about teaching cooking classes and helping families to stay healthy, fit, and happy with their food choices.
