In this one-of-a-kind cooking opportunity, you will be preparing an array of healthy dishes that are both gluten and grain free. You will be using ingredients that are both raw and cooked, providing an amazing palate-pleasing experience. What kind of dishes can you expect to make that are plant based? Savor such amazing plates as raw zucchini lasagna, truffle cauliflower risotto, and raw cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Anna was amazing! It was my girlfriend’s birthday surprise, and we took her plant based Italian class. She was kind, had great recipes, and made it such a fun (and a surprise) birthday!

Meet your chef
Oddly enough, Chef Anna began her culinary career by dropping out of culinary school. As a vegan, she couldn’t cook meat, and was told that she wouldn’t make a dollar "serving only salads.” Now, Chef Anna is a successful private chef proving that plant-based cuisine is much more than raw vegetables and hummus. She is passionate about teaching cooking classes and helping families to stay healthy, fit, and happy with their food choices.
