WHAT YOU’LL DO
Chef Josh showcases amazing dishes that just happen to be some of his favorites!
Take a walk through a chef's mind as you learn how to create some of Chef Josh's favorite plates.
Each dish you will be preparing will have ingredients that might be a bit outside the box. You will be cooking up courses that are bursting with flavor due to these small additions. How about fresh mozzarella with balsamic, figs, and pepper? You'll never go back to store bought! Then, try your hand at strip steak with polenta, and finish with a delightful dessert of strawberry goat cheese cake that will knock your socks off.
