Begin the night by creating a gorgeous Hawaiian ahi poke using ingredients you may have never discovered until now. The combination of sweet and spicy flavors will certainly knock your socks off. Next, you will prepare sushi, but in a bowl! It's an exciting way to enjoy your sushi in a new fashion. End the class with chewy mochi ice cream.

From sushi to poke, Chef Kuniko displays a mastery of Asian fusion food, and she does it with warmth and friendliness. Ingredients are fresh, flavors subtle but intricate, and her Ahi tuna is perfectly seasoned and seared. Her demonstrations are easy to follow, but she has a wealth of knowledge to share, so make sure to ask questions - you will definitely learn something!
