Learn how to prepare a light and refreshing mix of seafood with Chef Malik.
In this hands-on class with Chef Malik, you will learn everything you need to know to create a beautiful seafood feast from scaling, cleaning, and filleting to seasoning, cooking, and plating.
You will begin by making ceviche using fresh scallops brined in a lime juice and herbs then chopped and placed in large cucumber slices that are hallowed out to cups. A couple more recipes you can look forward to making include a creamy crab dip topped with saffron as well as Chef Malik's award-winning vanilla bean ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The Chef Malik Italian Experience is one for the books. Chef Malik walks you step by step to create an Italian meal from scratch and explains the origin of the ingredients and how they evolved. Will definitely book again!
