What You’ll Do

Entertain with ease armed with Chef Teffani's dinner party menu that will dazzle and delight.

In this hands-on class, Chef Teffani will teach you how to prepare a menu of simple and fun recipes glistening with glamor that are perfect for enjoying with a group of good friends.

You will begin by learning how to construct a vibrant and colorful salad drenched in pizzazz. Then, Chef Teffani will teach you the secrets to handcrafting traditional naan and hummus. For the main course you will learn how to create all of the fixings for an impressive taco bar before ending with a decadent brownie trifle dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

You will definitely have an amazing cooking experience with Chef Teffani! She is a great teacher and very knowledgeable in French cooking. You will enjoy this special time with your friends & family who go with you! The food was delicious!

Chef Teffani is delightful, talented, patient, and someone I would book again! My significant other and I were celebrating a special occasion and she did not disappoint. I can tell that she's passionate about what she does and I learned a lot during this experience. The class was hands-on, interesting, and super fun! My boyfriend couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was and we can't wait to recreate the dishes!

I picked Chef Teffani for two reasons, I really liked the menu and her reviews said she was great. I was NOT disappointed! Chef Teffani gave all of us a wonderful experience that was more than just a cooking class. She was warm, welcoming, funny, and informative. It was wonderful and I highly recommend her!

Such a fun experience. Chef Teffani made us feel right at home. All of the courses for the southern food were amazing and we cannot wait to make these recipes at home. Definitely recommend!

It was a delightful evening with Chef Teffani. She was gracious, well organized, and very knowledgeable. She made the food preparation a fun-filled experience. Each dish that we prepared was amazing! All of the recipes shared will become family favorites. Looking forward to the next class.

The Account Manager, Rosario, along with Chef Teffani were very delightful and had a wonderful demeanor however, the low rating was solely based on the price we paid compared to the luster of food presentation and the environment. My husband and I shared one plate to eat our dinner from, and only one frying pan was used for each course for a party of six. Beverages were not available or offered (i.e. bottle water, soda, etc.) and the dishwasher was running while we were in the kitchen attempting to cook on one range from one pan. The experience felt like we were eating dinner at a friend's house compared to a fine dining experience that included a table setting. Again, the Chef was very kind but the environment, food preparation and experience fell short. We are very apprehensive to refer Cozymeal to our friends and co-workers.
