In this hands-on class, Chef Jason will transport you to Oaxaca, a city which has long been recognized as the culinary heartbeat of Mexico, as you explore and learn to prepare some of the city's most famous dishes.

As you work your way through creating Chef Jason's three-course Oaxacan menu, you will discover the beauty of a cuisine pulsating with unadulterated layers of regional flavors. From refreshing shrimp ceviche tostadas all the way to an airy, yet creamy tres leches cake, each recipe is dripping with culture and flair.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jason was amazing! I brought my wife for her birthday because she loves to cook but also wanted to sharpen her Mexican cuisine skills. I thought it would be not only a thoughtful gift to her but a creative gift that expressed my love for her and her passion for cooking and eating fine foods. We had such a great time with Chef Jason in the kitchen we plan to do it again and bring friends too. Chef Jason's knowledge of the foods, its history and culture made it a really cool experience. Chef Jason made us feel comfortable and answered every question we had through our 5 hour experience. Our food was delicious and we were able to take food home as well. We took a lot of pictures and videos throughout our day and Chef Jason was great with the photos as well as video. As you can tell from this review, we had a great time. We would highly recommend this experience with Chef Jason! We'll post pics and a video if I can load the video. Also, Chef Jason's location was outstanding! I won't give details due to privacy but it was great! Lastly, our children came through towards the end and Chef Jason was very kind and welcoming despite our busy cooking experience. I really dont know what else to say other than our heart felt feelings towards Chef Jason is that he loves what he does and it was shared within our experience. Chef Jason, I feel like we made a new friend in you and thank you for making my wife's day special! Much love❤️ and respect for your time and for sharing your passion and knowledge with us today. Chef Jason is an awesome chef! He is a very good instructor. During the class, he was explaining everything that he was doing and he answered all my questions. I loved his food and his company.
