In this hands-on class, Chef Jason will transport you to Oaxaca, a city which has long been recognized as the culinary heartbeat of Mexico, as you explore and learn to prepare some of the city's most famous dishes.
As you work your way through creating Chef Jason's three-course Oaxacan menu, you will discover the beauty of a cuisine pulsating with unadulterated layers of regional flavors. From refreshing shrimp ceviche tostadas all the way to an airy, yet creamy tres leches cake, each recipe is dripping with culture and flair.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
