Discover the simplicity of bringing together an outstanding French meal any day of the week.
In this hands-on class with Chef Laurent, you will learn the methods and techniques needed to create a stunning yet simple classic three-course French menu suitable for a busy weeknight or fancy dinner party.
Chef Laurent will begin by going over all of the recipes and describing the techniques. Then, you will roll up your sleeves and work side by side under Chef Laurent's guidance to prep, bake, and enjoy every course together. Chef Laurent also deeply encourages curiosity in the kitchen with a Q&A during and after class.
