In this hands-on class with Chef Staci, you'll have the opportunity to taste and learn how to create four authentic Southeast Asian dishes hailing from China, Korea, and Japan.
You'll begin in China by learning how to pack fresh ingredients into vegetable spring rolls and how to blend a ginger-sesame dressing bursting with flavor for a mixed green salad. Then, it's onto Korea for a traditional dish known as "beef and leaf." For dessert, you'll make your final stop in Japan for Okinawan donuts and matcha ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
