Chef Carol is an incredibly talented chef with such a warm personality. Her skills with hosting classes and catering events really shine as she teaches cooking methods and practical skills to use in your own home. The food is delicious, beautifully plated, and flexible for any occasion. Her home offers a clean and elegant environment for learning and having a good time as you enjoy her classes. I would recommend her class to anyone!
