Cooking with Chef Adam was such a fun and memorable experience! It was our first time taking a cooking class, and we loved every minute of it. We learned how to make onigiri, musubi, and poke bowls and everything tasted amazing. Chef Adam shared a few helpful kitchen tips, shared interesting stories, and made all of us feel relaxed and engaging. He was very accommodating, especially when we mentioned we don’t eat raw fish and he thoughtfully prepared shrimp for our poke bowls instead. It was the perfect mix of learning, laughter, and delicious food. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and interactive culinary experience!

The menu for the evening included Poke Bowl, Onigiri and Musubi. Chef Adam was great and the evening was much more entertaining and fun than we anticipated it would be thanks to him. I highly recommend using him for classes and we will definitely be taking more of hi classes

We had a fantastic time cooking with Chef Adam! This was our first cooking class and we made onigiri, masubi and poke bowls which speaks to my husbands Hawaiian culture and some of my favorite foods. We learned a few tricks to get the rice to be sticky and loved that these were meals we could easily recreate at home with our daughter. We will absolutely cook with Chef Adam again and bring friends.

What an amazing intimate dining experience and within the comfort of a home, shared with friends and family. The fabulous dishes served so beautifully done like at a restaurant and tasted wonderfully delicious. I was so impressed with the Chef's talent and how personable he was. His marinara sauce is to die for! Highly recommend for your catering and chef experiences.

Chef Adam has provided private catering and intimate dining experiences for us on several occasions, and constantly exceeds our expectations. Each menu is thoughtfully prepared, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the presentation is stunning. Our guests are always impressed with his professionalism. The pride and the heart that he puts in all of his ingredients make the food and the flavors amazing. I highly recommend Chef Adam for an amazing dining experience.
