Chef Tissany has opened my palette to new worlds and new taste sensations! Especially with organic vegan meals and snacks. Chef Tissany is a stickler for staying organized and clean in the kitchen. And teaches us how to better treat and respect the food being prepared, which leads to greater respect for our bodies! So grateful to be learning from her!!
