Enjoyed the cooking evening immensely! Tissany used the hour before class to set up thoroughly, brought lots of food, set up stations for each item being cooked, and the results were tasty. Plus, we learned a few new techniques! I would highly recommend her personal cooking class, which was a gift to us. Bonus, she was a kind and fun person to learn from.
