Step into the world of viral desserts in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tissany and learn how to make the famous Dubai chocolate bar from scratch. This indulgent class teaches you the art of chocolate tempering, helping you create glossy, snappy bars like a professional chocolatier.

 

Working with dark and milk chocolate, you’ll craft a decadent filling with pistachio paste or crushed pistachios, then layer in tahini and crispy kataifi for the signature texture and flavor that made this dessert an internet sensation. Sweeten it with sugar or date syrup and customize your design using a huge selection of candy molds to make your bars truly one of a kind. Hosted at a lively local cidery in Seattle, this beginner-friendly class blends creativity, technique and plenty of sweet rewards.

Chef Tissany has opened my palette to new worlds and new taste sensations! Especially with organic vegan meals and snacks. Chef Tissany is a stickler for staying organized and clean in the kitchen.
