Surprised my lady for her 50th birthday with an in-home visit from Chef Alessio. He was awesome! It was a perfect blend of hands-on for the guests while still allowing him to do his professional artistry. None of us had ever made fresh pasta before and it was so fun. Alessio is very personal and brings a lot culinary experience with him and shares the history of Italy and his journey so well. It’s pretty amazing to see a professional chef come into your kitchen, engage with everyone effortlessly while not missing a beat. He is the man to book for your private experience. I highly recommend you do. I am glad he was able to share the night with us and give us all a new experience in life. My lady and our guests absolutely LOVED it!

Chef Alessio was amazing! He was very personable and his ravioli transported us to Italy and even made some of us tear up because of how delicious it was. We also really enjoyed hearing about his Italian roots. Boxed pasta has forever been ruined for us and that is definitely not a bad thing! Would 1000% recommend this experience with Chef Alessio! Thank you again!
