Learn all about bacon and discover how to work it into both sweet and savory dishes.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Logan, you will discover how using bacon's heft to flavor a dish can add a hard-to-find depth and intensity to even the humblest of recipes. Some of the dishes you can look forward to making better with bacon during this class include maple bacon Brussels sprouts with sherry, an eye-catching bacon weaved pork tenderloin, and kettle corn made using pig fat.

Although he is well-versed in many food traditions, Italian is his favorite, with an emphasis on from-scratch pizza. Recently, my husband's mobility has been limited due to disability, and this has made it challenging for us to engage in activities outside of our home. We recently had the pleasure of attending the "Everything's Better with Bacon" class with Chef Logan. The experience was truly exceptional, with both educational and entertaining elements that made us feel welcome and at ease. The food we prepared was outstanding, and we were thrilled to share this unique experience together as a couple. Chef Logan's warm and approachable guidance made the class even more enjoyable. His ability to balance teaching and camaraderie added a great deal of value to the experience. We were both impressed by the culinary skills showcased in the class, and we feel fortunate to have had the chance to participate. We would like to extend our appreciation for making this experience possible and look forward to exploring more Cozymeal classes with Chef Logan in the future.

Chef Logan was great! Went fast enough to get it all done, but took questions and was aware some things took a little more time. Really fun & great experience to have with my nephew. Recommended.
