I really enjoyed working with Chef Kelly. He explains processes clearly and taught me some very interesting and simple tricks to use with common ingredients that will definitely elevate my cooking! He is easy to work with and keeps things relatable. I highly recommend Chef Kelly for anyone in the Miami area looking to step up their skills!
