Chef Celio

Chef Celio was an extremely warm, fun, and knowledgeable host. We had a big group celebrating a birthday and he made such a lovely addition to our festivities. The food was delicious and we felt comfortable from the very beginning. Thank you Chef for an unforgettable experience!

A+ experience, great way to spend a Monday night. Chef Celio puts in a fantastic class - super informative, but he's also engaging, funny, and a great storyteller (and the food's pretty damn good too...). I would highly recommend for any pasta lovers or food lovers in general. Bring an appetite, you're gonna need it!

Me and my girlfriend had a great time with Chef Celio! He was very attentive and made the whole class very entertaining. Not to mention that the pasta and desert were delicious. We would highly recommend booking Chef Celio for a night of fun and awesome cooking experience.

Chef Celio was amazing. I don’t feel very confident in my cooking abilities but he made me feel at ease. Me and my partner had to change the location at the last minute and he was very willing to do so and kept me informed about where our class would take place. He showed us how to do everything in very easy to understand steps so we could do it at home! He made our date night to celebrate our anniversary amazing and I am truly thankful. If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate an event, I highly recommend Chef Celio’s Homemade Pasta Three Ways class. You’ll leave feeling satiated and with enough leftovers to last for days!

Chef Celio was fantastic!! Not only did he make the experience so much fun, but I left feeling confident in making my own fresh pasta! Chef Celio made our 10 years anniversary a truly memorable experience. He is knowledge and an experienced chef. He turned the cooking science into a simple, easy understand and yet tasty meals. I never liked mozzarella from anywhere, however, his homemade mozzarella was a BOMB. Toward the end of classes, he turned the simple ingredients into an AMAZING sauce to go with our pasta. You can't miss the salad!

Chef Celio was great. He was very friendly and clearly passionate about cooking. We had a great time. His sister Angela participated and she was wonderful as well. We learned a great deal about making fresh pasta. We would highly recommend Chef Celia’s class.

Chef Celio was so fun and explained everything to us, being extremely new to cooking this was a perfect and fun class! Celio even had us make mozzarella which was so cool, overall the night was amazing and far exceeded my expectations!

Chef Celio's class was fun, delicious and memorable. He was so knowledgeable and made the entire experience so entertaining. The class was hosted at Celio's house and we felt right at home. We brought our own proteins to cook in addition to the pasta courses- it was a TON of food, but absolutely worth every single bite. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special.

Chef Celio gave us a truly memorable experience! We got together to celebrate my wife's birthday and Celio worked with me to make this event personal, unique, and fun! At first we were hesitant to have the event in the Chefs home, but Celio was such a fun and authentic teacher who made us feel welcomed in a professional way in his home. The cooking was outstanding, and he gave us laughs along the way!

FIVE STARS! This class went above and beyond my expectations. It wasn't just a cooking class, it was an experience! First, I wanted to say that the cooking instruction was fantastic. We learned a lot about making pasta - and I know I will be able to do this at home. Chef Celio is a wonderful teacher and was able to adapt to all of our personalities. We (a small class of 8) started the class learning how to make pasta. We also made mozzarella (just FYI, I have a dairy allergy and Chef Celio helped make special sauces for me!). After cooking, we gathered around the table and the Chef cooked our pasta (three kinds) in three different sauces. It was a blast to taste what we ate. Come hungry!!! We were stuffed!!!! What was above and beyond was Chef Celio's personality. He was fun, full of life, and had us laughing the whole time. I attended the class with three other couples and we left as new friends! I am absolutely doing this again!!!

Great class with Chef Celio. Learned quite a bit about the process of making different types of pasta...Class was hands on, location and class size was great and getting to sit and eat the meal at the end was very enjoyable. Would recommend to others and consider taking additional classes in the future.

Fantastic class. Celio was engaging, helpful, and made the whole process of homemade pasta fun and easy. We even got to make our own mozzarella from curds that he brought.
