Our class with Chef Debroah (Awe) was amazing! She was kind, friendly, accommodating, and really went above and beyond in making our experience a special one. The food was all absolutely delicious and she's an incredible teacher - my husband and I learned so much more than we even expected! I want to take another class with her ASAP. Thank you, Chef Deborah!

Chef Deborah and her class were AMAZING. My husband and I had a really wonderful time. Chef Deborah patiently explained all of the tradition ingredients, shared where we could buy them, and also provided photos of them in our recipe binder we got to take home for easy shopping in the future! The food was unbelievable. Chicken satay is a simple dish and I rarely order it in a restaurant. However, Chef Deborah's version was UNBELIEVABLE. The chicken was more tender than any other satay I've had and she had many tips about adjusting the flavor of the peanut sauce to your own tastes. We can't wait to do another class with her!
